returning tribe

Returning tribe! Lynda has decided to learn to cook healthy, and I am happy to help her learn. We will chop away at beautiful organic veggies on Tuesday, and 'wok' them, serve them up with organic brown rice... Celebration. John Yang called at the perfect moment after cindy and the green earth festival yesterday, to remind me that he leads(with some others) a camp for cancer survivor children and their peers. He is a nurse practicing in Austin, but will be back in Colorado to be with those wonderful kids! My hope is that this blogspot inspires all kinds of inquiry...I feel that desire right down to my cell centers. the excitement of it. For this awakening to the nature of body, mind, spirit, and that we ourselves hold the power to control the direction of our return to health, when we have wondered around for a while in our own persomal wilderness.. I have been listening to an old song filled with wisdom."Desperado...the queen of hearts is always your best hand."
