Back to Belle Fourche

It is strange to be back here again. NIce to be in Denver, but exhausting. My friend who is seeing John, she is more private...I can use this time to be quiet too, and concentrate on building myself again thru yoga, Dr. Pau's 1000 hand chi gong, Sophie, my dog...it is good to have a limited no. of possibilities for the moment. Getting used to my new status of 'cancer free'...I just received all these remarkable stones in the mail from Christine, who had put blessings in each one as she picked them off the beach...makes me cry for the beauty of it. Sophie and I walked along Spearfishe Creek, in the canyon, surrounded by snow, and we saw a falcon with it's prey...it looked so beautiful and free.
